The ReJunion
The ReJunion is an amateur football league for former college football players. The league was founded in 2016 by a group of friends who wanted to continue playing football after they graduated. The ReJunion is now the largest amateur football league in the United States, with over 100 teams in 20 states.
How it works
The ReJunion is a full-contact league that plays 11-on-11 football. The season runs from spring to fall, with each team playing 10 games. The playoffs are held at the end of the season, and the championship game is held in December.
The ReJunion is open to all former college football players, regardless of their age or experience level. There are no tryouts, and all players are welcome to join.
Rules
The ReJunion follows the rules of the National Football League (NFL). However, there are a few modifications to the rules to make the game safer for amateur players. For example, there is no tackling below the waist, and there is a limit on the number of players allowed on the field at one time.
Benefits
There are many benefits to playing in the ReJunion. Players can stay active and competitive, and they can also reconnect with old friends and make new ones. The ReJunion also provides a great opportunity for players to give back to their communities. Many teams volunteer their time to local charities and organizations.
