The Oxford Rt Harris League
The Oxford Rt Harris League is an amateur football league based in Oxford, England. It is the lowest level of football in the city, and is affiliated to the Oxfordshire Football Association.
The league was founded in 1921, and is named after RT Harris, a local businessman who was a keen supporter of amateur football. The league currently has 11 teams playing in a single division.
Season Structure
The league season runs from September to April, with each team playing each other once. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Oxfordshire Senior League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Oxford Sunday League.
Cup Competitions
The league also hosts a number of cup competitions, including the RT Harris Senior Cup, the Doug Hobbs Cup, and the Junior Shield.
