The Norwich & District Sunday League is an amateur football league based in Norwich, England. It is currently sponsored by The Oaks Bar and Terrace.
History
The league was founded in 1920 and currently has 10 divisions, with over 100 teams competing. The top division is the Premier Division, and the bottom division is the Division 10.
The league is affiliated to the Football Association (FA) and follows the FA's rules and regulations.
Season
The league season runs from September to April. Each team plays each other team in their division once, home and away.
The top two teams in each division are promoted to the next division, and the bottom two teams are relegated to the next division.
Cup competitions
The league also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Premier Cup, the Challenge Cup, and the League Cup.
The Premier Cup is the most prestigious cup competition in the league, and is open to all teams in the Premier Division.
The Challenge Cup is open to all teams in the top three divisions, and the League Cup is open to all teams in the league.
