Thames Valley Women's Football League
The Thames Valley Counties Women's Football League is an amateur women's football competition in England covering the counties within the Thames Valley region.
The League consists of seven adult divisions and two under 18 divisions. The League is at tier 7 of the women's pyramid.
History
The League was founded in 1997. The inaugural season saw 12 teams compete in a single division. The League has since expanded to include over 80 teams.
The League has been won by a variety of teams, including Oxford City Ladies, Slough Town Ladies, and Reading FC Women.
Promotion and relegation
The top two teams in Division One are promoted to the Southern Region Women's Football League Division One. The bottom two teams in Division One are relegated to Division Two.
The top two teams in Division Two are promoted to Division One. The bottom two teams in Division Two are relegated to Division Three.
Current season
The current season is the 2022-23 season. The League is sponsored by The FA.
The current champions are Slough Town Ladies.
