The league has been won by a variety of teams over the years, including Impact United, Ketley Bank United, and Madeley Sports. The current champions are AFC Wrekin.
Format
The Telford Combination is a league system with promotion and relegation between the Premier Division and Division One. The season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other twice.
The top two teams in the Premier Division are promoted to the West Midlands (Regional) League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One. The top two teams in Division One are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Telford Sunday Football League.
