Sussex FA Walking Football

Sussex FA Walking Football is an amateur football league for people aged 50 and over. The league was founded in 2018 and currently has over 30 teams playing in it.

The rules of walking football are similar to those of regular football, but with some important differences. Players are not allowed to run, and the ball must be passed every three seconds. There is also no tackling, so the game is much less physical than regular football.
