Surrey Border & Hants Football League
The Surrey Border & Hants Football League is an amateur football league in England. It is affiliated to the Surrey County Football Association and the Hampshire FA. The league currently has two divisions, Division One and Division Two.
History
The Surrey Border & Hants Football League was founded in 1965. The original name of the league was the Surrey & Hants Border Combination. The league was renamed to the Surrey Border & Hants Football League in 1987.
Divisions
The Surrey Border & Hants Football League currently has two divisions:
- Division One
- Division Two
Division One has 16 teams and Division Two has 12 teams. The teams in each division play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in Division One are promoted to the Combined Counties League at the end of the season. The bottom two teams in Division One are relegated to Division Two. The top two teams in Division Two are promoted to Division One. The bottom two teams in Division Two are relegated to the Surrey County League.
Recent Season
The 2022-23 season was the 58th season of the Surrey Border & Hants Football League. The champions of Division One were Woking & Maybury, and the champions of Division Two were J.B. Rangers.
