Surrey & Hants Border League
The Surrey & Hants Border League is an amateur football league in England. It is affiliated to the Football Association and operates in the Surrey and Hampshire border region. The league currently has two divisions, Division One and Division Two.
History
The Surrey & Hants Border League was founded in 1922. The original intention was to create a league for teams from the border areas of Surrey and Hampshire. The league has grown over the years and now has over 60 member clubs.
Divisions
The Surrey & Hants Border League currently has two divisions:
- Division One: This is the top division of the league. There are 16 teams in Division One.
- Division Two: This is the second division of the league. There are 14 teams in Division Two.
Current Season
The 2023-2024 season is currently underway. The top two teams in Division One will be promoted to the Combined Counties League at the end of the season. The bottom two teams in Division One will be relegated to Division Two. The top two teams in Division Two will be promoted to Division One. The bottom two teams in Division Two will be relegated to the Combined Counties League Supplementary League.
