Introduction
The Sunday Middlesex League is an amateur football league based in England, loosely drawing teams from the central, northern and western parts of Greater London. The league was founded in 1984 and initially had only one division, although it has since expanded greatly.
The league currently consists of 11 divisions, with each division having 12 teams. The top two teams from each division are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the lower division.
The Sunday Middlesex League is a popular league with over 100 teams competing each season. The league is known for its competitive and friendly atmosphere.
The league is affiliated to the Middlesex County Football Association.
