Introduction

The Staffordshire Girls and Ladies Football League (SGLFL) is an FA Charter Standard football league for girls and women in Staffordshire, England. It was founded in 1970 and currently has over 100 clubs affiliated to it.

The SGLFL offers a variety of leagues for different age groups and abilities, from under-7s to over-35s. It also has a number of cup competitions, including the Nightingale Cup, the Staffordshire Cup, and the County Challenge Cup.
