SSL M5 League
The SSL M5 League is an amateur football league in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 2015 and is currently in its seventh season. The league is open to teams of all abilities and is played on a Sunday morning.
Rules
- The league is played on a 7-a-side basis.
- Games are 20 minutes long, with a 5-minute break at half-time.
- There is no offside rule.
- There is no limit on substitutes.
Format
The league is split into two divisions, the Premier Division and the Division One. The top four teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs, with the winner being crowned champions. The bottom two teams in the Premier Division are relegated to Division One, while the top two teams in Division One are promoted.
