South East Scotland U21s League
The South East Scotland U21s League is an amateur football league for players under the age of 21. It is run by the South East Region of the Scottish Youth Football Association (SYFA).
History
The league was founded in 1998. The inaugural season had 10 teams competing. The current champions are Edinburgh United.
Format
The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and the First Division. The Premier Division has 10 teams, while the First Division has 8 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away.
The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season are promoted to the East of Scotland Football League. The bottom two teams in the Premier Division are relegated to the First Division. The top two teams in the First Division are promoted to the Premier Division. The bottom two teams in the First Division are relegated to the South East Region Development League.
