The South East Region Under 21s is an amateur football league in Scotland. It is one of the regional leagues that feed into the Lowland Football League, which is the fourth tier of Scottish football.

The league season runs from August to May, with each team playing each other once. The top team at the end of the season is promoted to the Lowland Football League, and the bottom team is relegated to a lower league.
