SAB League
The SAB League is the fourth tier of domestic football in South Africa. It is also known as the South African Breweries Regional League.
The league is divided into nine provincial competitions, with each province having its own winner. The nine provincial winners then compete in the SAB League National Championships, with the winner being promoted to the SAFA Second Division.
The SAB League is a popular competition, with over 850 clubs participating. The league provides a pathway for young players to develop their skills and progress to higher levels of football.
