Russell Foster League Division 2
The Russell Foster League Division 2 is an amateur football league in England. It is the second tier of the Russell Foster League, which is a regional league for teams in the East Midlands.
History
The Russell Foster League Division 2 was founded in 1982. The inaugural champions were Birtley Town.
