Introduction
The Regent's Amateur Football League is an amateur football league based in London, England. It was founded in 1905 and currently has over 100 teams competing in a variety of divisions.
The league is affiliated with the Amateur Football Alliance and plays its matches at various grounds in London, including Regent's Park, Holland Park, and Battersea Park.

Season
The league season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team in their division once, home and away. The top team in each division at the end of the season is promoted to the next division, while the bottom team in each division is relegated to the next division.
Cup competitions
The league also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Regent's Cup, the Challenge Cup, and the Floodlit Cup.
