Pulse Barrow 5 aside Leagues is an amateur football league based in Barrow-in-Furness, England. It was founded in 2015 and currently has three leagues running: a winter league, a summer league, and a women's league.
Leagues
- Winter League: The winter league runs from October to March. There are 10 teams in the league, which play each other once. The top two teams at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs, with the winner being crowned league champions.
- Summer League: The summer league runs from April to September. There are 8 teams in the league, which play each other twice. The top four teams at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs, with the winner being crowned league champions.
