Premier Inn League
The Premier Inn League is a semi-professional football league in England. It is the fifth tier of the English football league system, below the National League, and is divided into two divisions: the Premier Inn League North and the Premier Inn League South.
The league was founded in 2004 as the Blue Square North and Blue Square South, and was renamed the Premier Inn League in 2016 after a sponsorship deal with the Premier Inn hotel chain.
There are 24 teams in each division, and each team plays each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in each division are promoted to the National League, and the bottom four teams in each division are relegated to the Northern Premier League Premier Division or the Southern League Premier Division.
