Introduction
The Premier Dudes is an amateur football league based in London and the Home Counties. It is one of the biggest adult football leagues in Europe, with around 75 clubs and 200 teams playing Saturday afternoons from September through to May.
The league is divided into four sections using a pyramid system: Premier, Senior 1 North, Senior 1 South, Senior 2 North, Senior 2 South, Inter North, Inter South, 1 North, 1 South, 2 North, 2 South, 3 North, 3 South, 4 North, 4 South, 5 North, 5 South, 6 North, 6 South.
The top teams in each section are promoted to the next level, while the bottom teams are relegated. The Premier Division is the top level of the league, and the champions are promoted to the Combined Counties League.
The league is affiliated to the Amateur Football Alliance (AFA), and all clubs must adhere to the AFA's rules and regulations.
The Premier Dudes is a great way for adults to get involved in football. It is a competitive league, but it is also a fun and social environment.
History
The Premier Dudes was founded in 2002 by the merger of the Old Boys' Football League (1907) and Southern Olympian League (1911). The league has grown steadily since then, and now has over 200 teams competing.
Current Season
The current season is the 2022-2023 season. The Premier Division is currently being led by Dorkinians, who are unbeaten in their first 10 games. The other teams in the top five are:
