Phalga Youth League
The Phalgha Youth League is an amateur football league in Phalgha, Nepal. It was founded in 2010 and currently has 10 teams. The league is played on a round-robin basis, with each team playing each other team once. The top two teams at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs, with the winner being crowned champions.
History
The Phalgha Youth League was founded in 2010 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league was initially created to provide a competitive environment for young footballers in Phalgha. The league has grown in popularity over the years and now attracts players from all over the Kathmandu Valley.

Rules and regulations
The Phalgha Youth League follows the standard rules and regulations of football. The games are played on a 11-a-side basis, with each team having a maximum of 3 substitutions per game. The games are refereed by qualified referees.
