Penrith & District Junior Football League
The Penrith & District Junior Football League is an amateur football league for boys and girls aged 7 to 16 in the Penrith area of Cumbria, England.
The league was founded in 1970 and currently has over 100 teams competing in a variety of age groups and divisions.
Season Structure
The league season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other once in a round-robin format.
The top teams in each division at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs, with the winners being promoted to the next division.
Venues
The league's matches are played at a variety of venues in the Penrith area, including Frenchfields Stadium, Edenhall Cricket Club, and King George playing Fields.
