North West Counties Football League
The North West Counties Football League is an amateur football league in the North West of England. It is currently divided into three divisions: Premier Division, Division One North, and Division One South.
History
The league was founded in 1982 as the Cheshire County League. It was renamed the North West Counties Football League in 1992.
The league has been won by a variety of clubs over the years, including Chorley, Stockport Town, and Stalybridge Celtic.
Current Season
The current season is the 2023-2024 season. The Premier Division is currently led by Kendal Town, with Bury and Pilkington in second and third place respectively.
Division One North is currently led by FC St Helens, with Atherton LR and Euxton Villa in second and third place respectively.
Division One South is currently led by Market Drayton Town, with Brocton and Stockport Town in second and third place respectively.
