North Surrey/Middlesex Border Sunday Football League
The North Surrey/Middlesex Border Sunday Football League is an amateur football league in England. It is based in the counties of Surrey and Middlesex, and has teams from across the region.
The league was founded in 1999, and currently has two divisions: the Premier Division and Division One. The Premier Division is the top tier of the league, and is contested by the best teams in the area. Division One is the second tier, and is contested by teams that are not quite good enough to play in the Premier Division.
The league season runs from September to May, and each team plays each other team in their division twice. The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season are promoted to the next level, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One.
The league has a cup competition, the North Surrey/Middlesex Border Sunday Football League Cup. The cup is open to all teams in the league, and is played in a knockout format. The cup winner qualifies for the FA Sunday Cup, which is the national cup competition for amateur football teams in England.
