North London Youth Football League
The North London Youth Football League (NLYFL) is an amateur football league for children and young people aged 5-18 in North London. The league was founded in 1964 and currently has over 100 teams affiliated to it.
History
The NLYFL was founded in 1964 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league started with just 10 teams, but it has grown steadily over the years and now has over 100 teams affiliated to it. The NLYFL is a member of the London Youth Football Association (LYFA) and the Football Association (FA).
Competitions
The NLYFL operates a season-long league competition, with teams competing in different divisions based on their age and ability. The league also runs a number of cup competitions, including the NLYFL Cup, the Challenge Cup, and the Junior Cup.
