North Kent Youth League
The North Kent Youth League (NKYL) is an amateur football league for boys and girls aged 7 to 18 in the north of Kent, England.
The league was founded in 1972 and currently has over 100 member clubs. It is affiliated to the Kent County Football Association (KCFA).
Divisions
The NKYL has a variety of divisions for different age groups and abilities. The top division for boys is the Championship, followed by the Premier Division and Division One. There are also several regional divisions.
The top division for girls is the Girls' Premier Division, followed by the Girls' Division One and Girls' Division Two.
Season
The NKYL season runs from September to May. Each team plays 18-20 games in the regular season, with the top teams qualifying for the playoffs.
Cup competitions
The NKYL also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Challenge Cup, the Floodlit Cup and the Charity Cup.
