Monday Division 2
Monday Division 2 is a football league for amateur adult teams in London. It is operated by the Amateur Football Combination (AFC), one of the biggest adult football leagues in Europe.
The league was founded in 1962 and currently has 12 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away, for a total of 22 matches per season. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to Monday Division 1, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Monday Division 3.
The current champions of Monday Division 2 are Hale End Athletic. They won the title in the 2022-23 season, finishing with 80 points, 10 points ahead of second-placed Forest Hill Rovers.
