Midland Football League RFL
The Midland Football League RFL is an English football league that was founded in 2014 by the merger of the former Midland Alliance and Midland Combination. The league has four divisions that sit at levels 9–12 of the football pyramid.
History
The league was formed in 2014 following the merger of the Midland Alliance and Midland Combination. The merger was approved by the Football Association in December 2013. The league's first season began in August 2014.
The Premier Division of the Midland Football League RFL is currently at level 9 of the English football league system. The other three divisions are at levels 10, 11, and 12.
Current Season
The current season of the Midland Football League RFL is the 2022-23 season. The Premier Division is currently being led by AFC Wulfrunians, with Atherstone Town in second place.
The other three divisions are as follows:
- Division One: AFC Bridgnorth
- Division Two: AFC Coventry Rangers
- Division Three: AFC Birmingham
