Mid Solent Youth Football League
The Mid Solent Youth Football League (MSYFL) is an amateur football league for children and young people in the Mid Solent area of England. It was founded in 1972 and currently has over 400 teams playing in its leagues.
The MSYFL is affiliated to the Hampshire FA and follows its rules and regulations. The league runs a variety of age groups, from Under-7s to Under-18s. There are also leagues for girls and boys.
League Structure
The MSYFL is divided into three divisions: the Premier Division, Division One, and Division Two. The Premier Division is the top division, followed by Division One and Division Two.
Teams are promoted and relegated between divisions based on their final league position at the end of the season.
Cup Competitions
The MSYFL also runs a number of cup competitions for its teams. The most prestigious cup competition is the MSYFL Cup, which is open to all teams in the league.
Other cup competitions include the League Cup, the Challenge Cup, and the Floodlit Cup.
