Men's Regional League
The Men's Regional League is an amateur football league in South Africa. It is the fourth tier of domestic football in the South African football pyramid, below the ABC Motsepe League, the National First Division, and the Premier Soccer League.
The league is divided into 52 sub-divisions, each of which is administered by a regional football association. The top two teams from each sub-division qualify for the provincial playoffs, with the winners of each province then advancing to the national playoffs.
History
The Men's Regional League was founded in 1996 as the SAB Regional League. It was renamed the Men's Regional League in 2023.
The league has been sponsored by a number of companies over the years, including SAB, Castle Lager, and Hollywoodbets.

The current champions are Bizana Pondo City FC, who won the title in the 2022-2023 season.
