Mabuhay League
The Mabuhay League is an amateur football league in the Philippines. It was founded in 2010 and is currently composed of over 100 teams from all over the country.
History
The Mabuhay League was founded by a group of football enthusiasts who wanted to provide a platform for amateur players to compete at a high level. The league has grown rapidly since its inception and is now one of the most popular amateur football leagues in the Philippines.
The Mabuhay League is divided into two divisions: the Premier Division and the First Division. The Premier Division is the top division and is contested by the best teams in the league. The First Division is the second division and is contested by teams that are not yet ready for the Premier Division.
Rules and Regulations
The Mabuhay League follows the rules and regulations of the Football Association of the Philippines (FA of P). The league also has its own set of rules and regulations, which are designed to ensure that the competition is fair and competitive.
- The league is played on a round-robin format.
- Each team plays each other team once.
- The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season qualify for the FA of P Cup.
- The bottom two teams in the Premier Division are relegated to the First Division.
- The top two teams in the First Division are promoted to the Premier Division.
