Introduction
The Lincolnshire Intermediate Football League (LIFL) is an amateur football league in Lincolnshire, England. It is currently in its 106th season, and consists of two divisions: the Premier League and the County League.
The LIFL is affiliated to the Lincolnshire Football Association, and is a feeder league to the Northern Counties East Football League.
History
The LIFL was founded in 1918, and was originally called the Lincolnshire League. It was renamed the Lincolnshire Intermediate League in 1974.
The LIFL has been won by a variety of clubs over the years, including Lincoln United, Gainsborough Trinity, and Cleethorpes Town.
Current Season
The current season of the LIFL began in September 2023, and is scheduled to end in May 2024.
The Premier League is currently being led by Collingham, while the County League is being led by Barton Town.
