Leicester Alliance League Division 2
The Leicester Alliance League Division 2 is an amateur football league in Leicestershire, England. It is the second division of the Leicester Alliance League, and is currently contested by 12 teams.
History
The Leicester Alliance League was founded in 1900. The original league consisted of two divisions, with Division 2 being the lower division. The league has been expanded and contracted several times over the years, but Division 2 has always been one of the two divisions.
The current format of the Leicester Alliance League was introduced in 2018. The league now consists of three divisions, with Division 2 being the middle division. The top two teams from Division 2 are promoted to Division 1 at the end of each season, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 3.

The current season of the Leicester Alliance League Division 2 began in September 2022 and is scheduled to end in May 2023. The current table is as follows:
