Introduction

The Ladies Super Liga is an amateur football league in London, England. It was founded in 2023 and has three levels: Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginners. The league is affiliated with the Amateur Football Alliance.

Levels

  • Advanced: This level is for teams that are experienced and competitive. Teams play 7-a-side and 5-a-side under one league format.
  • Intermediate: This level is for teams that are developing their skills and tactics. Teams play 7-a-side and 5-a-side under one league format.
  • Beginners: This level is for teams that are new to football or have not played for a while. Teams play 5-a-side only.

Format

The league runs from September to April. Each level has a regular season of 10-14 weeks, followed by a play-off competition. The top teams in each level are promoted to the next level, while the bottom teams are relegated to the previous level.
