Introduction
The Ladies Super Liga is an amateur football league in London, England. It was founded in 2023 and has three levels: Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginners. The league is affiliated with the Amateur Football Alliance.
Levels
- Advanced: This level is for teams that are experienced and competitive. Teams play 7-a-side and 5-a-side under one league format.
- Intermediate: This level is for teams that are developing their skills and tactics. Teams play 7-a-side and 5-a-side under one league format.
- Beginners: This level is for teams that are new to football or have not played for a while. Teams play 5-a-side only.
Format
The league runs from September to April. Each level has a regular season of 10-14 weeks, followed by a play-off competition. The top teams in each level are promoted to the next level, while the bottom teams are relegated to the previous level.
Venues
The league games are played at various venues in London, including Archbishops Park, Haggerston Park, and Brockwell Park.
Registration
The registration for the next season opens in June. Teams can register on the league website.
