Kraljice Eme
Kraljice Eme is an amateur football league for women in Croatia. It was founded in 2019 and is currently in its third season. The league consists of 12 teams, divided into two groups. The top two teams from each group qualify for the playoffs, with the winner being crowned the champion.
History
Kraljice Eme was founded in 2019 by a group of women who wanted to create a more inclusive and accessible football league for women in Croatia. The league was initially made up of just six teams, but it has since grown to 12 teams.
The first season of Kraljice Eme was won by the team Rude Bube. The second season was won by the team ŽNK Dinamo-Maksimir. The current season is still ongoing, with the top two teams being ŽNK Osijek and ŽNK Split.
Rules
The rules of Kraljice Eme are the same as the rules of the Croatian Football Federation. The games are played on a standard 11-a-side pitch, with each team having 11 players on the field. The games are 90 minutes long, with two halves of 45 minutes each.
The league also has a number of special rules, such as a rule that requires each team to have at least one player under the age of 18 on the field at all times.
