Kent FA Community Cup

The Kent FA Community Cup is an amateur football league organized by the Kent Football Association (Kent FA). It is open to all teams in Kent, regardless of their level of experience or ability. The cup is played in a knockout format, with each round played over a single match.

History

The Kent FA Community Cup was first played in 2001. The inaugural winners were the Bexleyheath Sunday League side, Bexleyheath Town. The cup has been won by a variety of teams over the years, including both amateur and semi-professional clubs.

Format

The Kent FA Community Cup is played in a knockout format. Each round is played over a single match, with extra time and penalties used to decide the winner if the match is drawn after 90 minutes. The cup is divided into several stages, with the winners of each stage progressing to the next. The final is usually played at a neutral venue in Kent.

Rules

The rules of the Kent FA Community Cup are the same as the rules of the FA Cup. The only difference is that the Kent FA Community Cup is open to all teams in Kent, regardless of their level of experience or ability.
