Introduction
The Inner London Football League (ILFL) is an amateur football league based in Tower Hamlets, London. It was founded in 2001 by a group of local teams who wanted to create a league that was fair, open, and transparent for all.
The ILFL currently has over 100 teams competing in a variety of divisions, including open age, veterans, and women's football. The league also organizes a number of cup competitions, including the Inter League Champions Cup and the ILFL Veterans World Cup.
