Humber Premier League
The Humber Premier League is an amateur football league for clubs in the East Riding of Yorkshire and north Lincolnshire areas of England.
It is currently in the eleventh tier of the English football league system.
History
The league was founded in 2000.
The current champions are Pocklington Town.
Format
The league consists of two divisions: the Premier Division and Division One.
The Premier Division has 16 teams, while Division One has 12 teams.
The top two teams in the Premier Division are promoted to the Northern Counties East League Division One, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One.
The top four teams in Division One are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Humber League.
Cup competitions
The league also has a number of cup competitions, including the Humber Premier League Cup, the Humber Premier League Challenge Cup, and the Humber Premier League Presidents Cup.
The winners of the Humber Premier League Cup are eligible to enter the FA Vase.
