High Performance League

The High Performance League (HPL) is an amateur football league in the United States. It was founded in 2010 and is based in California. The HPL is open to players of all ages and skill levels.

Divisions

The HPL has four divisions:

  • Recreational Division
  • Intermediate Division
  • Advanced Division
  • Elite Division
The divisions are divided based on the skill level of the players. The Recreational Division is for players who are new to football or who are not as experienced. The Intermediate Division is for players who have some experience playing football. The Advanced Division is for players who are more experienced and skilled. The Elite Division is for the best players in the league.

The HPL plays by the rules of the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). The USASA is the governing body for amateur soccer in the United States.
