Herts Youth League
The Herts Youth League is an amateur football league for youth teams in the West Hertfordshire district of England. It is affiliated to the Football Association.
History
The Herts Youth League was founded in 1968. It currently has over 100 member clubs, with teams playing in various age groups from Under-7s to Under-18s.
The league is divided into three divisions: Premier Division, Division One, and Division Two. The top teams in each division are promoted at the end of the season, while the bottom teams are relegated.
Competitions
The Herts Youth League also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Herts Youth Cup, the Herts Junior Cup, and the Herts Challenge Trophy.
The Herts Youth Cup is the most prestigious competition in the league. It is open to all teams in the league, and the winner qualifies for the FA Youth Cup.
