The Hermoso League is an amateur football league based in Hermoso Beach, California. The league was founded in 1972 and currently has over 100 teams competing in various divisions.

The Hermoso League was founded in 1972 by a group of local residents who wanted to create a competitive football league for adults. The league started with just a few teams, but it has grown steadily over the years. Today, the Hermoso League has over 100 teams competing in various divisions.
The Hermoso League is a member of the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). The USASA is the national governing body for amateur soccer in the United States. The Hermoso League is also affiliated with the Southern California Adult Soccer Association (SCASA). The SCASA is the regional governing body for amateur soccer in Southern California.
Divisions
The Hermoso League has a variety of divisions for teams of all skill levels. The divisions are divided by age, gender, and skill level. The most competitive division is the Premier Division. The Premier Division is for men's teams that are 18 years of age and older. The Premier Division teams compete for the Hermoso League Championship.
The Hermoso League also has divisions for women's teams, coed teams, and adult-league teams. The adult-league teams are for players who are 30 years of age and older.
Rules
The Hermoso League follows the rules of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). The USSF is the national governing body for soccer in the United States. The Hermoso League also has its own set of rules that supplement the USSF rules.
Season
The Hermoso League season runs from September to March. The season is divided into two halves, the fall season and the spring season. The fall season runs from September to December, and the spring season runs from January to March.
The top teams in each division at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs. The playoffs are held in March. The winners of the playoffs are the champions of their respective divisions.
