Harlow Football And District League
The Harlow Football And District League (HFDL) is an amateur football league based in Harlow, Essex, England. It was founded in 1920 and currently has 43 clubs competing in 10 divisions.
The league is affiliated to the Essex County Football Association and is a member of the National Sunday League. The top two teams in the Premier Division are promoted to the Essex Olympian League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One.
History
The Harlow Football And District League was founded in 1920. The league originally had just two divisions, but this has since expanded to 10 divisions.
The league has been won by a number of clubs over the years, including Harlow Town, Sawbridgeworth Town, and Bishop's Stortford Town.
Current Season
The 2023-2024 season is currently underway. The Premier Division is being led by Brays Athletic, while the Division One leaders are Parsloe Athletic.
