Hampshire Colleges Football League
The Hampshire Colleges Football League (HFL) is an amateur football league for colleges and sixth forms in Hampshire, England. The league was founded in 2010 and currently has 10 teams:
- Barton Peveril Sixth Form
- Brockenhurst College
- Farnborough Sixth Form
- Itchen College
- Peter Symonds College
- Portsmouth College
- Queen Mary's College
- Winchester College
- Wivelsfield School
The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier League and the Championship. The top four teams in the Premier League qualify for the Peter Munro Cup, and the top four teams in the Championship qualify for the Steve Perkins Cup.
The HFL season runs from September to March. Each team plays each other team twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted, and the bottom two teams in each division are relegated.
The HFL is a competitive league with a strong tradition of local rivalry. The league is also a great opportunity for young players to develop their skills and experience.
