The Gt Yarmouth Sunday Football League is an amateur football league based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. It was founded in 1972 and currently has 23 teams competing in three divisions.
History
The Gt Yarmouth Sunday Football League was founded in 1972 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league started with just six teams, but it has grown steadily over the years and now has 23 teams competing in three divisions.
The league is affiliated to the Norfolk County Football Association and its teams compete in the FA Sunday Cup and the FA Vase.
Divisions
The Gt Yarmouth Sunday Football League has three divisions:
- Division One
- Division Two
- Division Three
The teams in each division play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom teams are relegated to the next division.
