Greene King Essex Veterans League
The Greene King Essex Veterans League is an amateur football league for players over the age of 45. It is the largest Saturday League in Essex, with over 49 teams competing in five divisions.
The league was founded in 1986 and is affiliated to the Essex County Football Association. It is sponsored by Greene King, a British brewery and pub chain.
