Greater Manchester Abillitys Courts
The Greater Manchester Abillitys Courts is an amateur football league for people with disabilities. It was founded in 2015 and currently has over 50 teams competing in a variety of divisions.
The league is open to people of all abilities, including those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. There are no trials or tryouts, and everyone is welcome to participate.
The league plays its matches at various venues across Greater Manchester, including local parks, sports centers, and schools. Matches are played on a Sunday afternoon, and there is a range of divisions to suit all levels of ability.
The league is affiliated with the Disability Football Foundation, and its teams compete in the Foundation's national cup competitions. The league also has a strong commitment to social inclusion, and it works with a number of local charities to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to get involved in football.
