GFA - Super Vets (50+ 7-a-side)
The GFA - Super Vets (50+ 7-a-side) is an amateur football league for players aged 50 and over. It is run by the GFA (Guernsey Football Association).
How it works
The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and the Division One. Each division has 10 teams, playing each other once each season. The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season are promoted to the GFA Intermediate League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Division One. The top two teams in the Division One at the end of the season are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the GFA Veterans League.

The season runs from September to May, with matches played on Sunday mornings. The league also has a cup competition, the GFA Super Vets Cup, which is open to all teams in the league.
Who can join?
Any player aged 50 or over who is a member of the GFA can join the Super Vets league. There are no trials or tryouts, and all players are welcome.

The league is a great way for players to stay active and socialise with other players of a similar age. It is also a great way to keep fit and healthy.
