Foxes Sunday League
The Foxes Sunday League is an amateur football league in Leicestershire, England. It is affiliated with the Leicestershire & Rutland FA.
The league was founded in 1972 and currently has over 100 teams competing in a variety of divisions, from U11 to adult.
Season Structure
The league season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team in their division once, home and away.
The top teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom teams are relegated to the next lower division.
Cup Competitions
The Foxes Sunday League also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Foxes Sunday League Cup, the Foxes Sunday League Trophy, and the Foxes Sunday League Challenge Cup.
These cup competitions are open to all teams in the league.
