FKF Regional League
The FKF Regional League is the fourth tier in the Kenyan football league system. It consists of 8 regional leagues, each of which is further divided into zones. The top teams from each zone are promoted to the FKF Division One, while the bottom teams are relegated to the Kenyan County Champions League.
History
The FKF Regional League was created in 2014, when the Kenyan Provincial Leagues were disbanded. The new league was designed to provide a more competitive environment for amateur football clubs in Kenya.
Format
The FKF Regional League is played on a home-and-away basis, with each team playing each of their opponents twice. The top teams from each zone are promoted to the FKF Division One, while the bottom teams are relegated to the Kenyan County Champions League.
