Fife Sunday Amateur Football League
The Fife Sunday Amateur Football League is an amateur football league in the county of Fife, Scotland. It was formed in 2017 by the merger of the Kirkcaldy & District Sunday A.F.L. and the East Fife Sunday A.F.L. The league currently has 16 teams competing in a single division.
History
The Fife Amateur Football Association (FAFA) was founded in 1920. The association ran a number of leagues, including the Fife Amateur League, the Fife Junior League, and the Fife Sunday League. The Fife Amateur League was the top division in the association's structure.
In 2017, the FAFA merged with the Kingdom Caledonian Amateur Football Association to create the Kingdom of Fife AFA. The new association took over the running of the Fife Amateur League, which was renamed the Fife Sunday Amateur Football League.
Current season
The 2023-2024 season is the fourth season of the Fife Sunday Amateur Football League. The current champions are Burntisland United.
