ECCT Masters League
The ECCT Masters League is an amateur football league for players over the age of 35. It is run by the Exeter City Community Trust, and is played at Isca College's Astro Turf in Exeter, Devon.
History
The ECCT Masters League was founded in 2009. The inaugural season saw 10 teams compete, and was won by the Black Snakes FC. The league has grown steadily since then, and now has over 20 teams competing.
Format

The ECCT Masters League is a 10-week season, with each team playing each other once. The top four teams at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs, with the winner being crowned champions.
The league also has a cup competition, which is played in the spring. The cup competition is open to all teams in the league, and is a knockout competition.
Current Season

The current season of the ECCT Masters League is the 2022/23 season. The current leaders are the Black Snakes FC, who have won all 5 of their games so far. The other teams in the top 4 are Expected Toulouse, Dissensio, and Six a Cyres.
The next game in the league is on Monday 15 August 2023, with the Black Snakes FC playing against Dissensio. The game will be played at Isca College's Astro Turf, and will kick off at 8pm.
